1.1. These Terms apply to all services, products, and content provided by Emalea Anderson , including retreats, mindset mentoring, breathwork facilitation, kundalini activation, yin yoga, and sound therapy.

1.2. By purchasing, booking, or participating in any of our services or products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of agreeing to these Terms.

1.3. All services provided by Emalea Anderson are for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

2. Payments and Bookings

2.1. All bookings must be made via our website, acuity, afterpay, zippay, square payment platform, or another approved method. Payments are securely processed.

2.2. Prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

2.3. Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

2.4. Any remaining balances for retreats or programs must be paid by the specified due date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

3.1. Retreats:

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made 90 days or more before the retreat start date may receive a partial refund (less deposit) dependant on discretion.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat start date.

3.2. Private Sessions (Mindset Mentoring, Breathwork, Kundalini Activation, Yin Yoga, Sound Therapy):

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be issued once services have commenced.

3.3. Refunds are not available for digital products, online courses, or services once accessed or downloaded.

4. Health and Safety Disclaimer

4.1. Participation in any of our services, including but not limited to retreats, breathwork, kundalini activation, yin yoga, and sound therapy, is voluntary and at your own risk.

4.2. These practices may involve physical, emotional, or energetic releases. If you have medical conditions, mental health concerns, or are pregnant, please consult a healthcare professional before participating.

4.3. You are responsible for informing us of any injuries, illnesses, or conditions that may affect your participation before starting any session or program.

4.4. We are not liable for any injuries, adverse reactions, or outcomes resulting from participation in our services or use of our products.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All materials provided during retreats, mentoring sessions, or other programs are the intellectual property of Emalea Anderson They are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or redistributed without written consent.

5.2. Unauthorized use of our website content, images, or materials is strictly prohibited.
