Breathwork is the practice of intentionally controlling your breath patterns to improve your mental, physical, and emotional well-being. A Breathwork journey is a guided exploration of your inner world using conscious breathing techniques. It’s more than just taking a few deep breaths; it’s a structured experience designed to unlock emotional blockages, promote relaxation,and connect you to your deeper self.

Before the journey begins, you might connect with a facilitator who explains the process and sets intentions for the session. This creates a safe space for your exploration.

Different types of breathwork will be utilised, various breathing patterns like circular breathing, rapid breathing, holotropic breathwork and extended exhalations. Each pattern is carefully chosen to create specific effect for you and your journey

During the journey, you’ll be guided by the facilitator’s voice and calming music as well as sound bowls and shamanic instruments to take you on a journey as you breathe.
